📋 Description

• Stage commercial data for downstream consumption by analytics, reporting, planning processes, and commercial systems across EMEA, ensuring outputs are complete, consistent, and aligned to agreed business definitions.
• Maintain, build, and optimize the data warehouse by developing ETL solutions and automated data flows to support an analytics "as-a-service" environment within EMEA.
• Apply and maintain market- and country-specific business rules, transformations, and calculations to support local commercial models, KPIs, incentives, and decision-making.
• Validate staged datasets through systematic quality checks, reconciling results to source systems, and identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies prior to release.
• Act as the business intelligence partner for the EMEA organization while collaborating with Global peers to develop the Global data/analytics platform.
• Partner with business owners and technical teams to intake requests and develop analytical proposals and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Analytics, CRM Operations, MDM, and Sales Operations teams to understand data requirements and ensure staged outputs meet downstream consumption needs.
• Document staging logic, transformation rules, calculation methodologies, and market-specific exceptions to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.
• Support ongoing enhancements by updating staging logic in response to changes in business rules, commercial models, country requirements, or upstream data sources.
• Monitor and track data quality metrics related to staged datasets, proactively identifying opportunities to improve robustness, consistency, and reusability.
• Work in a remote capacity with occasional travel required (5-15%) to support team collaboration and business needs.
• Operate within a fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency are critical to business confidence and decision-making.
• Contribute to a global commercial excellence organization focused on turning data into foresight and action to enable field teams and elevate strategic decision-making.
• Engage with a biosensing technology company pioneering continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and expanding into broader consumer health technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Tableau, SQL, database management, and data integration
• Experience in data operations, data preparation, analytics enablement, or reporting roles with core responsibility for transforming and validating data for downstream use
• Strong understanding of how business rules, calculations, and data definitions impact analytics, reporting, and commercial decision-making
• Experience working with multi-country or regional commercial data, including managing market-specific logic and local exceptions
• High attention to detail with ability to systematically test, reconcile, and validate data outputs across multiple sources
• Preference for experience working in Python-based data integration and pipeline development
