- • As a Staff Data Product Manager at NerdWallet, you will lead the development and enhancement of personalized, data-driven products in credit cards, lending, and wealth management, directly supporting the company’s mission to bring clarity to financial decisions.
- • You will own the product roadmap for emerging growth projects, define product strategy, conduct market and competitive analysis, and ensure products meet consumer needs through deep understanding of financial profiles and pain points.
- • You will collaborate with data, engineering, marketing, and editorial teams to execute product launches, manage integrations with third-party partners like credit bureaus, and monitor performance using A/B tests and analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
- • You will mentor team members, advocate for consumer insights, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative financial products that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer internet or financial technology companies
- • Proven track record of leading products to success and driving significant business outcomes through strategic influence and stakeholder collaboration
- • Proficiency in data analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance monitoring to derive actionable insights and optimize product performance
- • Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand technical concepts, and drive product integrations with third-party APIs
- • Strong consumer-first mindset with passion for creating intuitive, delightful, and valuable product experiences
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
