Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Data Scientist at Hims & Hers, you will serve as a technical leader and force multiplier for the data organization, solving the most difficult problems and identifying which ones are worth solving to move the needle for customers.
• • You will build scalable ML systems and data products that impact company-wide growth and operational strategy, translate ambiguous business questions into concrete technical roadmaps, and lead end-to-end deployment of ML products ensuring they are accurate, robust, maintainable, and fully integrated into production infrastructure.
• • You will partner across Engineering, Product, and Finance to align technical strategy with business goals, define technical standards for model development through design docs and peer reviews, and own the full model lifecycle from data design to long-term performance and business value.
