- • Partner with the Digital Assets, Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions for Circle’s flagship products, USDC and USYC.
- • Perform strategic analysis, modeling, and research to identify new opportunities for improving digital assets product offerings and business outcomes.
- • Design and develop core data tables and measurement frameworks to assess the performance and impact of digital assets products.
- • Investigate product usage patterns and analyze on-chain behavior of digital assets to uncover insights that inform product development and strategy.
- • Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other analytical tools to increase efficiency and leverage for the digital assets team.
- • Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- • Occasionally present analytical results and insights to broader audiences to educate on digital assets products and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
- • Drive end-to-end analytical and data science projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
- • Apply statistical methods to understand customer behavior, product adoption, and financial outcomes within the digital assets space.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to influence decision-making through data, ensuring high integrity and mindful communication.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on excellence by pursuing data quality, analytical rigor, and operational efficiency in all deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data science
- • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
- • Strong understanding of statistics and experience applying statistical methods to business outcomes and customer behavior
- • Proven experience in planning and driving analytical and data science projects
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
