- • As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors, playing a critical role in unifying data, applications, processes, and AI into a single governed platform trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500.
- • Day to day, you will architect intelligent multi-agent workflows, design and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Workato’s platform, develop techniques for LLMs to author complex behaviors, maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows, collaborate with clients to tailor solutions, monitor and improve system performance, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensure fault-tolerant automation aligned with enterprise best practices, create custom product demos for sales teams, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and support product managers in technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements
- • BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- • 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation
- • Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
- • Mandatory hands-on experience with integration projects, including APIs, middleware, web services, enterprise messaging, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases
- • Fluent in English and business-level proficiency in Japanese
