- • As a Staff Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer at Finvari Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming how construction companies manage financial operations by building intuitive, scalable software that eliminates manual payment processes and empowers industry leaders to focus on innovation and growth. Your work will directly impact customer efficiency and satisfaction, contributing to Finvari’s mission of modernizing construction finance through technology.
- • You will design, develop, and deliver delightful user experiences across our React web frontend and React-Native mobile applications, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineers to invent best-in-industry tools that solve real-world pain points in construction finance and accounting.
- • Day to day, you will write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript and React, ensuring high performance and reliability as we handle large volumes of financial transaction data from midsize to large construction enterprises.
- • You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype new features, and iterate rapidly based on feedback, ensuring our solutions are not only technically sound but deeply aligned with user needs in the field and office.
- • You will contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers, helping to establish frontend best practices, improve code quality, and promote a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession within the engineering team.
- • You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person every Wednesday at our Seattle office for team alignment and innovation sessions, while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, particularly in fintech and vertical SaaS applications, while gaining exposure to accounting workflows, payment systems, and enterprise-scale data challenges unique to the construction industry.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and/or React-Native
- • Expert proficiency in a statically typed language, preferably TypeScript or Java
- • Strong command of HTML/CSS and modern frontend development practices
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (Finvari does not sponsor visas)
