• As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer at Archy Inc., you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing dental practice management by building and scaling a cutting-edge SaaS platform that empowers dental professionals to focus on patient care rather than administrative burdens. Your technical leadership will directly impact the reliability, performance, and user experience of a mission-critical system used by dental practices nationwide.
• You will own the frontend technical roadmap, lead major feature releases, integrate AI tools to enhance development efficiency, architect seamless frontend-backend integration, mentor the team through code reviews, and drive continuous improvements in engineering practices—ensuring Archy’s platform remains robust, scalable, and innovative in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer, with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code in complex applications.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including advanced patterns for state management, component design, and performance optimization; experience with Tailwind CSS is a strong plus.
• Extensive experience managing frontend releases in production environments, including monitoring, observability, and ensuring system reliability and stability at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude) into development workflows to boost velocity while maintaining full ownership of code quality, security, and architectural integrity.
• Strong commitment to testing, stability, and performance engineering, with a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering rock-solid experiences for dental practices relying on our platform.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to giving and receiving feedback, and a respect for diverse perspectives within a high-performing team.
