- • Join Built Technologies Inc. as a Staff Mobile Engineer (E4) and play a pivotal role in leading and evolving our mobile platform. This is a senior individual contributor position offering significant technical ownership, deep hands-on development opportunities, and the chance to exert meaningful influence across the entire organization.
- • As the technical owner of the Built Inspection Application, you will be instrumental in shaping its architecture, optimizing its performance, ensuring its reliability, and enhancing the overall developer experience. This is a critical application within our ecosystem, directly impacting how real estate and construction projects are managed and financed.
- • Your responsibilities will extend beyond a single application. You will be a key voice in defining the future of mobile engineering at Built. This includes establishing best practices, setting technical standards, influencing product roadmaps, and fostering strong collaborative partnerships with our Product, Design, Backend, and Platform engineering teams.

- • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain high levels of application stability and responsiveness.
- • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development (iOS and Android), evaluating their potential impact and applicability to Built's mobile strategy.
- • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, ensuring efficient and reliable build, test, and deployment processes.
- • Champion code quality, testability, and maintainability through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to established coding standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Mobile Engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- • Deep expertise in native mobile development languages (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) and associated SDKs.
- • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER) and experience implementing them in complex applications.
