- • As a Staff Mobile Engineer at Solace Corporation, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and scaling the mobile application from the ground up, directly contributing to the company's mission of simplifying healthcare navigation for patients through expert advocacy and technology.
- • You will lead end-to-end mobile development, write production code daily in React Native and TypeScript, architect for scalability and performance, integrate external APIs and SDKs, champion code quality and CI/CD practices, and mentor engineers to elevate team capability.
- • Solace is a Series C healthcare startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital, with a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team focused on redefining patient advocacy through technology and urgency-driven execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of mobile engineering experience with deep expertise in React Native
- • Track record of spinning up multiple mobile applications from scratch
- • Strong experience integrating external APIs and third-party SDKs into production mobile apps
- • Mastery of TypeScript in a React Native context with proven ability to ship production-grade applications
- • Strong background in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and app store deployment
- • Experience in fast-paced startup environments building products from zero to one
- • Ability to set technical direction and mentor engineers
- • Extreme bias toward action and execution — moves fast, iterates quickly, gets things done
