đź“‹ Description
- • As the Staff Order to Cash (OTC) Business Systems Manager at Mango Technologies, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes. This individual contributor role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Pricing & Packaging, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and GTM Engineering, driving strategic vision and execution for our entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
- • Your primary mandate will be to modernize and streamline our quoting and approval processes, leading a significant transition from Salesforce CPQ to DealHub. You will be the central point of contact, bridging the gap between our GTM stakeholders and the engineering teams responsible for our core technology stack, which includes Salesforce, DealHub, Ironclad, NetSuite, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and other related tools. This role is strategically focused, with approximately 80% dedicated to strategy and analysis, and 20% to hands-on execution, which may involve detailed requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and light configuration within Salesforce and DealHub.
- • **Strategy & Roadmap Ownership:** You will own the overarching vision for the end-to-end OTC process, meticulously mapping the journey of deals from initial product-led trials through to complex sales-assisted enterprise contracts. This involves developing and maintaining a transparent, multi-quarter roadmap that strategically balances the delivery of quick wins with essential foundational investments in key systems like DealHub and Salesforce, as well as internal tooling. You will partner closely with GTM Engineering to meticulously scope initiatives, plan agile sprints, and manage the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements definition through to UAT and successful launch.
- • **Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement:** You will serve as the primary interface for Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams, adeptly capturing their requirements and efficiently triaging any systemic execution issues that arise. Through structured discovery sessions, you will identify critical pain points within our quoting and approval workflows, translating complex pricing and packaging changes into scalable and robust system designs. A key aspect of your role will be driving change management initiatives, overseeing the successful rollout of new processes by ensuring stakeholder alignment and developing comprehensive communication plans.
- • **Systems & Experience Design:** You will lead the critical product-side aspects of the migration from Salesforce CPQ to DealHub, ensuring a seamless and positive transition for all revenue-generating teams. Your focus will be on simplifying existing complexities within deal approval and quoting experiences, aiming to significantly reduce cycle times while rigorously preserving necessary financial guardrails and internal controls. You will also define clear configuration principles to maintain data quality and workflow integrity across our entire technology stack, including integrations with Ironclad, NetSuite, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- • **Optimization, Automation & Control:** A significant part of your role will involve identifying and prioritizing opportunities to automate key workflows, such as approvals, quote generation, and billing handoffs, thereby minimizing manual effort and reducing the likelihood of errors. You will collaborate on the integration of AI-assisted experiences, including guided selling and smart approval processes, to enhance support for both PLG and sales-assisted motions. Furthermore, you will define and track key performance metrics, such as quote-to-close time and error rates, utilizing data to continuously refine processes and ensure adherence to stringent audit and financial control requirements.
- • **Driving Impact:** This role is pivotal in ensuring our GTM operations are scalable, efficient, and equipped to support Mango Technologies' high-growth trajectory. By optimizing our OTC systems and processes, you will directly contribute to faster deal cycles, improved sales productivity, enhanced data accuracy, and a more robust financial control environment. Your strategic insights and hands-on execution will empower our revenue teams to close deals more effectively and contribute to the company's overall success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10+ years of experience in systems management, internal tools/product, or business systems product ownership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, encompassing both PLG and sales-assisted motions.
- • Proven experience with GTM and/or finance-adjacent systems, including Salesforce and a CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub), with exposure to ERP/billing systems like NetSuite.
- • Demonstrated success in simplifying complex quoting, approval, or O2C workflows in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequently evolving pricing and packaging.
- • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM and OTC processes (quoting, discounting, approvals, contracting, billing models, renewals, amendments, expansions) and their integration with CRM, CPQ, billing, and revenue reporting systems.
- • Comfort with system concepts such as data models, integrations, and APIs, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects on pragmatic technical trade-offs.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to lead critical system transitions and define the future of Order-to-Cash processes in a high-growth SaaS company.
- • Collaborative and innovative work environment with a focus on leveraging AI to redefine the future of work.
- • Competitive salary and benefits package.
- • Professional development and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
- • Be part of a mission-driven company focused on empowering teams and unlocking productivity.
