📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of core treatment categories including sexual health, testosterone, hair loss, and labs—from intake flows to ongoing care journeys—with a clear point of view on how each experience should feel
• Lead large, complex product initiatives autonomously by defining problems, setting strategic direction, and aligning cross-functional teams without needing detailed briefs
• Translate clinical complexity into intuitive, calm, and human-centered experiences that build trust quickly in sensitive health contexts where users may feel nervous or uncertain
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily design workflows for faster prototyping, richer research synthesis, generative ideation, and interaction exploration—experimenting to identify what delivers real value beyond hype
• Set and elevate the standard of design quality beyond functional usability to create memorable, emotionally resonant experiences that users won’t forget
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams to navigate tradeoffs, advocate for user needs, and ensure design integrity throughout development
• Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system by creating reusable patterns, components, and guidelines that raise the floor for the entire design organization
• Mentor junior designers and shape the culture of the design team through示范 leadership in craft, process, feedback, and professional growth
• Champion ethical, inclusive design practices in health contexts where stigma, privacy, and emotional weight are critical considerations
• Maintain expert-level proficiency in Figma, delivering fast, clean, and systematic designs that support scalability and collaboration across teams
• Work with ambiguity and a bias toward action, initiating work and making decisions even when requirements are incomplete or evolving
• Ensure design decisions are clearly communicated and justified to stakeholders across disciplines, translating complex rationale into compelling narratives
• Balance system-level strategic thinking with pixel-level execution, moving fluidly between high-level user journeys and detailed interface interactions
• Drive design outcomes that directly impact whether users seek help, continue treatment, or disengage—making design a critical lever for health outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design on consumer-facing products with clear examples of owning complex, high-stakes experiences end to end
• Holistic design thinking—fluidly moving between system-level strategy and pixel-level craft
• Strong UX instincts in sensitive or high-trust contexts such as health, finance, or identity
• AI fluency as a practitioner—actively using AI tools in daily workflows for prototyping, ideation, or research synthesis
• Exceptional Figma proficiency with fast, clean, and systematic design delivery
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward doing—initiating work without perfect briefs
