📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for Ads API at Reddit, you will define and lead the long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party ecosystem, directly impacting how advertisers connect with Reddit’s 126 million daily active users across 100,000+ communities.
• You will own product strategy by identifying partner and developer needs through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis; incubate new platform opportunities; drive execution via roadmap and OKRs; manage product launches; and continuously iterate based on performance data to meet north star goals.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and partnership teams to align on API ecosystem growth, while regularly presenting to C-level executives as a senior product leader shaping Reddit’s monetization strategy.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in platform product management, API ecosystem scaling, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership—gaining influence over Reddit’s advertising infrastructure and positioning yourself as a strategic leader in tech product innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience building platform capabilities for third-party (3P) ecosystems
• Proven experience working on large, highly cross-functional initiatives across teams
• Expertise in using data to drive decisions, including analytics, experimentation, and insight-based iteration
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to execution, with ability to make tough prioritization decisions balancing stakeholder needs
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
