📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for Authentication at 1Password, you will lead the Authentication Team to drive product strategy and execution for identity and access management solutions that secure digital identities for over 180,000 businesses worldwide. This role is critical to advancing 1Password’s Unified Access Management category and ensuring secure, seamless authentication experiences for enterprise customers.
• You will partner with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to define product vision, prioritize customer problems, and deliver B2B SaaS solutions for IT and security personas, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• You will operate within a fast-scaling, remote-first company that values human-centric innovation, transparency, and collaboration, where you’ll represent the product strategy to executives, media, and customers while fostering strong relationships across departments.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise identity stacks, shape long-term product vision (18–24 months), mentor teams, and contribute to 1Password’s mission of balancing security and productivity in an AI-integrated future.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning a product or feature set focused on businesses of all sizes, with accountability for its success
• Proven experience defining and delivering B2B SaaS products for Admin or IT personas in security or identity domains
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and B2B products with large, complex infrastructure
• Executive-level communication skills and experience representing customer voice to motivate teams and influence stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making and measure results
