• • As a Staff Product Manager on our B2B team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and deliver exceptional, data-informed product experiences that guide our students from initial signup through graduation and into their dream jobs. This broad mandate could encompass enhancing our proprietary learning platform, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our coaches and instructors, or pioneering entirely new 0-to-1 products designed to meet evolving market needs.
• • You will lead the strategic development of initiatives aimed at maximizing the impact of our coach and instructor time, particularly when managing large and diverse student populations. A key focus will be strategizing how to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate our progress and deliver more personalized, effective learning experiences across all facets of our offerings.
• • A critical aspect of this role involves developing a deep, empathetic understanding of our students, instructors, and coaches, acting as their dedicated advocate and voice within the product development process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including design, engineering, data, and operations teams, to foster a culture of rapid learning and swift execution.
• • Effective communication of the product roadmap, vision, and strategic priorities will be essential. You will be adept at managing competing priorities, making informed trade-offs, and clearly articulating the rationale behind product decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
