• • As a Staff Product Manager on Stepful's team, you will drive the creation of innovative, data-driven product experiences for Enterprise (B2B) customers, helping large organizations unlock learner success at scale through cutting-edge solutions.
• • You will lead strategy and execution for building and launching greenfield products that address the needs of Enterprise customers, particularly in highly regulated industries like healthcare, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with Enterprise clients as a trusted advisor.
• • Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training by offering affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs that help learners launch high-demand healthcare careers, partnering with leading healthcare institutions to address the national shortage of healthcare workers and backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp with a recent $31.5M Series B.
• • You will partner with cross-functional internal teams (design, engineering, data, ops) and key external stakeholders at client organizations to ensure successful delivery and impact, prioritize product features and roadmap initiatives tailored to large-scale deployments, and effectively manage product vision while communicating strategy clearly and leading external client presentations and internal teams.
