- • As a Staff Product Manager for Developer Workflows at 1Password, you will define and drive the roadmap for a critical strategic initiative in Unified Access Management, shaping how developers experience 1Password across every workflow that matters to them.
- • You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders to own roadmap definition, prioritization, and product strategy for the Developer Workflows group while contributing to cross-company vision for Developer Watchtower within the Enterprise Password Manager, ensuring seamless identity and credential access for developers and AI agents.
- • You will join a passionate, highly motivated Product team at 1Password, a remote-first company with over 180,000 businesses trusting its platform to securely adopt SaaS and AI tools, where innovation in cybersecurity and human-centric design drives mission impact.
- • You will develop executive-level communication skills, establish OKRs and success metrics tied to ARR and customer impact, and represent the product area externally with enterprise customer leadership, while growing your ability to balance long-term vision with near-term execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products and being accountable for their ultimate success
- • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives at a B2B SaaS company
- • Strong written communication skills; comfort producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and other structured artifacts that align and accelerate teams
- • Experience establishing OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that connect product outcomes to business results
- • Executive-level communication experience, including representing a product area directly with customers' leadership teams
- • Ability to bring the customer voice into every product decision, using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization
