• • As a Staff Product Manager on our Stepful for Business team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional, data-driven product experiences that ensure student success from initial engagement through graduation and into their dream jobs. This strategic position involves driving the evolution of our proprietary learning platform, enhancing the operational efficiency of our coaches and instructors, and pioneering new 0-to-1 products that address critical market needs.
• • You will be instrumental in leading the strategy for optimizing the allocation of coach and instructor time, enabling them to effectively support a large and diverse student population. A key focus will be on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to accelerate our progress and deliver highly personalized learning experiences across all facets of our platform. This will require a deep, empathetic understanding of our students, instructors, and coaches, acting as their unwavering advocate within the cross-functional team.
