Staff Product Manager (Evals)

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager for Evals at Workato, you will own the evaluation framework for AI agents, both internally for teams building AI features and externally for customers using Agent Studio to assess and improve their agents. This role is critical to ensuring AI quality and usability across the platform.
• • Day to day, you will define and drive adoption of internal evaluation standards, build customer-facing tools for testing and improving agents, collaborate with ML and platform teams to ground frameworks in technical reality, partner with the Build Experience PM to integrate evaluation into the user journey, establish success metrics, and spend time with customers to understand their challenges in assessing agent performance.
