Staff Product Manager (Generalist)

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager (Generalist) at Zoe, you will act as a Pillar Strategist, setting the strategic direction for a major business pillar that drives measurable, org-wide impact and has a 10x influence on how the world understands nutrition.
• • Day to day, you will define strategy for a major organisational pillar, take direct ownership of a business vertical’s success, translate executive vision into core metric impact, and coach L3/L4 individuals while setting the technology and product bar for your pillar.
• • You will report to the Chief Product Officer and operate as a member of Zoe’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for your group, managing a larger team or multiple small squads, developing managers, and embedding team culture.
• • In this role, you will learn to operate with near-total autonomy, shape annual goals, partner directly with the executive team, and elevate the capability of everyone around you as a multiplier who ensures teams exceed objectives and raise org-wide performance.
