📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager for Identity at JumpCloud, you will lead the strategy and execution of identity and authentication solutions that secure access for modern workforces, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences across devices, applications, and infrastructure.
• • You will define product vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship features like MFA, conditional access, SSO, and zero trust capabilities, and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the identity platform.
• • You will work closely with the Access and Authentication Team, which is focused on enabling frictionless, least-privileged access for users and AI agents in a domainless enterprise environment, driving innovation in identity trust, network trust, geolocation trust, and device trust.
• • You will have the opportunity to shape the future of secure IT by influencing how organizations manage identity at scale, gaining deep expertise in zero trust architecture, cloud directory platforms, and AI-powered identity governance while advancing your leadership in product management.
