- • As a Staff Product Manager for Lending at Airwallex, you will lead strategic initiatives to build and scale the company’s credit and lending capabilities across embedded and first-party lending models, directly impacting global business growth and platform differentiation.
- • You will define product strategy, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and manage high-impact, ambiguous initiatives spanning origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment, partner enablement, and portfolio optimisation, while mentoring other product managers and raising the bar for product excellence.
- • You will join a passionate, fast-moving Product team within Airwallex that operates with a startup mindset, combining technical expertise and deep customer insight to build scalable, unified financial products for over 200,000 global businesses.
- • In this role, you will develop strong commercial judgment, deepen expertise in lending and credit risk, influence cross-functional leaders without formal authority, and grow as a strategic product leader shaping the future of global banking at a US$8-valued fintech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of overall professional experience, including substantial product management experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or other complex regulated domains
- • Strong track record of leading large, ambiguous product areas from strategy through execution and measurable business impact
- • Deep experience building, scaling, or significantly evolving lending, credit, or embedded finance products
- • Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with experience balancing customer needs, business performance, and risk considerations
- • Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without relying on formal authority
- • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to both executive and working teams
- • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement
