Staff Product Manager (Lifecycle and Operations)

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager for Lifecycle and Operations at Workato, you will define and execute the strategy to establish Workato as the enterprise leader in Integration Platform Operations, building a unified platform that enables the entire integration lifecycle from development to deployment to monitoring, eliminating the need for fragmented DevOps tools and enabling enterprises to create robust operational strategies for their integration ecosystems.
• • You will lead the development and execution of product strategy for a unified Lifecycle & Operations Platform supporting Test, Deploy, Monitor, and Governance; define and prioritize the roadmap for a leader in Enterprise Grade Integration Platform; deliver the best experience for Platform Engineers, Integration Developers, and Operations Teams; drive modern CI/CD and GitOps innovation by building industry-leading CI/CD capabilities, implementing GitOps methodologies, designing API-first composable lifecycle capabilities, leveraging Configuration as Code, and integrating advanced testing frameworks; drive AI-powered lifecycle and operations innovation by leveraging AI for deployment automation, predictive failure detection, intelligent rollback, optimizing CI/CD pipeline performance, and implementing AI-driven observability; build end-to-end operational excellence through comprehensive observability, advanced deployment strategies, security and compliance support, and self-service capabilities; and lead cross-functional execution by collaborating with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to ensure seamless feature adoption and acting as a thought leader internally and externally.
