Full Job Description

šŸ“‹ Description

  • • Own and evolve Traba’s staffing product at the center of its two-sided marketplace, directly impacting supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health across warehouses and manufacturing facilities nationwide.
  • • Architect product strategy for critical staffing workflows by balancing enterprise customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes in complex industrial environments.
  • • Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to design, build, and ship practical solutions that scale across regions and operational settings.
  • • Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, matching quality, and operational efficiency by addressing real-time supply-demand dynamics in light industrial labor markets.
  • • Use data to uncover hidden patterns and answer critical questions about workforce behavior, customer retention, fulfillment rates, and marketplace health.
  • • Translate operational complexity—such as regional labor regulations, warehouse leadership structures, and procurement processes—into scalable product systems and internal tooling.
  • • Design and launch internal operational tools and technical solutions that empower field teams, improve workforce deployment accuracy, and reduce manual workflows.
  • • Launch, iterate, and measure products across diverse customer segments and geographic markets, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer workflows and worker expectations.
  • • Visualize and communicate complex system behaviors, operational models, and product strategy to stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, operations, and leadership.
  • • Socialize product decisions by synthesizing feedback from enterprise customers, warehouse supervisors, and contingent workers; prioritize insights grounded in direct on-site engagement.
  • • Prototype solutions before writing specs; actively engage with production code, internal AI agents, and operational systems to validate hypotheses and accelerate learning.
  • • Operate as an AI-native product leader—automating research, analysis, and decision-making workflows previously reliant on manual effort, and embedding AI into daily product iteration.
  • • Maintain deep operational fluency by spending time on-site with workers and enterprise customers to understand real-world constraints, trust dynamics, and daily pain points.
  • • Collaborate seamlessly across product, engineering, data, operations, sales, and customer success teams to align roadmaps, resolve blockers, and drive execution with speed and ownership.
  • • Build and scale operational products that directly support business execution, enabling teams to manage thousands of shifts, workers, and facility locations efficiently.
  • • Embrace ambiguity and move quickly in a startup environment, prioritizing outcomes over process and delivering impact without reliance on large teams or extensive bureaucracy.
  • • Drive category-defining innovation in the $50B light industrial staffing market by reimagining how contingent labor is matched, deployed, and managed across the industrial supply chain.
