- • As a Staff Product Manager for Mobility at Deel, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a critical, high-impact service that enables global talent mobility by integrating immigration, visa processing, and compliance into Deel’s unified HR platform. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, regulatory complexity, and global scale, where your decisions will directly influence how employers and workers navigate cross-border employment in over 150 countries.
- • You will define and evolve the Mobility product roadmap, aligning it with Deel’s broader platform goals while making data-informed trade-offs under ambiguity. This includes setting success metrics, running disciplined experiments, and using insights to prioritize features that serve applicants, employers, and operations teams simultaneously — balancing user experience, legal compliance, and operational efficiency at scale.
- • Day to day, you will translate complex, multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks into intuitive, AI-enhanced product features — such as automated document verification, eligibility scoring, compliance tracking, and case management workflows — ensuring seamless experiences across employee, employer, and contractor user types.
- • You will drive delivery velocity by unblocking cross-functional dependencies between engineering, design, legal, and operations teams, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality, and applying AI tools to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and execution — not just personal productivity.
- • As a senior individual contributor, you will elevate product craft across the organization by mentoring peers, sharing frameworks, raising the bar on discovery and execution, and influencing exec-level stakeholders through clear, structured communication — all without direct authority.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant overall product experience, including at least 4 years in a Staff, Lead, or Principal IC role with a proven track record of cross-team or vertical-level impact in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- • Proven ability to make high-stakes product decisions under significant ambiguity, with demonstrable organisational impact, using data and structured frameworks to guide outcomes.
- • Experience owning complex, scalable products involving multi-user, multi-market, or platform-level systems — particularly in regulated or compliance-heavy domains such as fintech, HR tech, or legal tech.
- • Strong product craft: deep customer empathy, sharp prioritisation across UX, technical feasibility, and commercial impact, and skill in both qualitative and quantitative discovery to translate insights into clear problem statements.
- • Proven cross-functional influencer: ability to drive alignment and manage senior stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, operations, and commercial teams without direct authority.
- • Habitual and effective use of AI tools to accelerate team-level delivery, decision-making, and process efficiency — not just personal productivity.
