- • Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for a new strategic product at Harvey AI, focused on the intersection of AI, legal data, and professional workflows across the Harvey application, Word Add-In, and Outlook plugin.
- • Lead the prioritization, scoping, and delivery of integrations with third-party platforms, working closely with the Integrations engineering pod and Partnerships team to ensure integrations deliver transformative value and competitive differentiation.
- • Translate customer and partner demand signals into a coherent, data-informed product roadmap that aligns with enterprise workflow needs in legal and professional services.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to ensure product investments align with commercial strategy, customer needs, and go-to-market objectives.
- • Partner with GTM and Partnerships to develop sales enablement materials, customer-facing narratives, and positioning for new product capabilities, ensuring clear communication of value to enterprise buyers.
- • Define and track key success metrics for product health, adoption, and impact, using data to drive iterative improvements and strategic pivots.
- • Engage deeply with engineering teams on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of new product features.
- • Build products that handle sensitive legal and professional data with rigorous attention to security, compliance, and access control requirements.
- • Operate with decisiveness and simplicity, making clear judgments under ambiguity and driving clarity through complex, fast-moving environments.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on job’s not finished — continuously iterating beyond initial launch to ensure durable, long-term customer value and market leadership.
- • Serve as a strategic leader at the intersection of platform, product, and partnerships, influencing stakeholders from engineers to executives to align on vision and execution.
- • Drive product decisions that scale across multiple enterprise use cases, ensuring the product becomes the system of intelligence for professional work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
- • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
- • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
- • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, from engineers to executives.
- • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity.

- • Compensation range of $213,600 - $300,000 depending on location.
