- • As a Staff Product Manager for Residential CRM at ServiceTitan, you will own the development of a first-class residential CRM layer built natively into the ServiceTitan platform, designed for an AI-first world to help home service contractors manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions more effectively.
- • You will define and execute the product roadmap for the Residential CRM, covering core data model, workflow architecture, and AI-powered go-to-market features, while leading customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers to ensure real-world relevance.
- • You will partner with product marketing, finance, sales, and customer success teams to guide pricing and packaging strategy, positioning, go-to-market plans, and commercial motion, ensuring alignment across teams for successful adoption and revenue impact.
- • You will build customer enablement and onboarding models, define time-to-value metrics, and work closely with customer success to drive adoption, while also contributing to leadership discussions on pricing, marketing, and post-sales strategy as a general manager-leaning product leader.
- • ServiceTitan is the leading platform for residential home service businesses, offering integrated solutions for scheduling, dispatch, job booking, quoting, and marketing, and is now evolving to meet the demands of an AI-driven sales motion that generates more leads and follow-up opportunities than ever before.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in product management with a proven track record of shipping products from zero to scale
- • Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products, including understanding of underlying system architecture and workflows
- • A genuine point of view on AI-first product design, going beyond treating AI as a mere feature layer to integrating it into core product motion
- • Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments
- • Comfort working closely with both customers and leadership in an active founder culture where product decisions receive scrutiny and visibility
