• • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager, Risk & Compliance Case Management to spearhead the evolution of Socure’s RiskOS Case Management experience. This pivotal role will transform our current case management foundation into a scalable, industry-leading platform, unifying workflows and user interface patterns across a diverse range of product lines and customer use cases.
• • In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping the reviewer experience, empowering fraud, risk, and compliance teams to efficiently and defensibly triage queues, conduct thorough investigations of entities, interpret vast amounts of data, meticulously document outcomes, foster collaboration, and execute necessary actions.
• • You will forge strong partnerships with Product Design and collaborate extensively with other Socure Product teams to ensure alignment on shared workflows, robust data models, and cohesive customer-facing experiences. A core tenet of Socure’s philosophy, “AI everywhere,” will be deeply integrated into the product’s DNA, ensuring that every stage of the user journey is enhanced by intelligent AI capabilities.
• • **Product Leadership & Customer-Driven Strategy (RiskOS Case Management):**
• • Take ownership of the overarching vision, strategic direction, and detailed roadmap for RiskOS Case Management, driving its evolution and scaling to establish a best-in-class reviewer experience.
• • Skillfully translate complex customer and internal pain points into clearly defined problem statements, precise requirements, and quantifiable, measurable outcomes, such as improvements in time-to-decision, operational throughput, and overall quality.
• • Lead the critical initiative to consolidate and unify disparate case management functionalities across multiple product lines into a single, cohesive, and consistent dashboard, encompassing queues, case views, action items, and reporting capabilities.
• • Conduct continuous discovery processes by engaging directly with fraud, risk, and compliance teams, as well as Go-To-Market and sales personnel, through in-depth interviews, observational shadowing, and usability testing, translating these valuable insights into prioritized roadmap initiatives.
• • **Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution:**
• • Drive strategic alignment and consensus across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science/ML, Analytics, and Go-To-Market teams regarding priorities, development sequencing, and necessary trade-offs.
• • Establish clear platform standards while managing solution-specific extensions, acting as a key decision-broker for initiatives that require scalability across numerous customers and internal teams.
• • Communicate effectively and transparently with executives and key stakeholders, maintaining development velocity while rigorously protecting user experience quality and ensuring platform scalability.
• • Oversee and ensure the successful execution and launch readiness for major product releases, including comprehensive enablement strategies, meticulous release planning, diligent adoption tracking, and iterative improvements post-launch.
• • **Reviewer Experience, Workflow Design & Compliance Defensibility:**
• • Collaborate closely and in lockstep with the Product Design team to deliver an exceptional user experience for high-stakes review workflows and complex risk data environments.
• • Define intuitive information architecture and interaction patterns designed to minimize cognitive load and effectively surface decision-ready insights to reviewers.
• • Develop and implement compliance-ready workflows that ensure robust auditability, complete traceability, secure evidence capture, seamless collaboration, and clear, defensible rationale for all decisions made.
• • Integrate essential domain-specific requirements, such as those found in AML/KYC operations and FinCEN-related workflows, while upholding the highest standards of quality across accessibility, performance, and user interface consistency.
• • **AI-Native Case Management:**
• • Embed AI assistance into every step of the reviewer journey, ensuring AI is a foundational element of the end-to-end experience rather than an isolated feature set.
• • Partner effectively with ML and Engineering teams to guarantee that AI-driven experiences are trustworthy, explainable, measurable, and fully aligned with regulatory and compliance expectations.
• • Implement robust instrumentation and optimization strategies to quantify the impact of AI through clear metrics, such as time saved, reduction in manual steps, increased reviewer confidence, and improved decision consistency.
