• • As the Staff Product Manager for Simulations at SoSafe GmbH, you will be at the forefront of a critical initiative within our Simulation Group, tasked with developing a sophisticated closed-loop system designed to empower organizations in testing, measuring, and enhancing employee awareness of digital threats. This role is pivotal, as you will lead the development of the most impactful component of this ecosystem – the creation of realistic and engaging scenarios that prepare millions of users worldwide for the evolving landscape of cyber-attacks.
• • Your core mission is to ensure global workforces are adequately prepared for the realities of modern cyber threats, which in 2026 are characterized by unprecedented speed, depth, and breadth. You will spearhead the evolution of our simulation engine, ensuring it matches the sophistication of these attacks and enables security decisions to be precisely focused on the most significant threats.
• • You will take ownership of the strategic direction for "Attack Realism," moving beyond rudimentary templates to a dynamic environment that leverages multi-channel, multi-chain simulations informed by open-source intelligence (OSINT). A key aspect of this role involves tight integration with our Threat Reporting & Intelligence product, establishing a seamless feedback loop where real-world threat signals directly influence and refine simulation tactics.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass owning the overarching vision and strategy for SoSafe’s Simulation experience. You will be instrumental in driving the product roadmap towards achieving advanced attack realism, meticulously balancing product scalability, performance, and overall health.
• • A significant part of your role will involve building and scaling multi-channel simulations. This includes expanding our capabilities across email, popular messaging platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, and mobile devices, thereby accurately reflecting the diverse and modern attack vectors currently employed.
• • You will be responsible for delivering high-impact features from our ambitious 2026 roadmap. This includes the development of a robust Simulation Template Editor, enabling OSINT-powered personalization of simulations, and the creation of complex multi-chain attack scenarios that mimic sophisticated threat actor methodologies.
• • A crucial element of your work will be driving product discovery to understand user reactions to AI-based social engineering tactics. The insights gained from this discovery process will be directly applied to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of our simulations.
• • You will champion Ecosystem Integration, working closely with the Learning and Threat Intel teams. The goal is to ensure that our simulations are not merely isolated testing exercises but are integral components of active, continuous learning loops that reinforce security best practices.
• • You will be responsible for defining and rigorously tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that clearly demonstrate the security impact of our simulations. This includes metrics such as click-through rates, interaction rates, and reporting rates, providing tangible evidence of improved user awareness and behavior.
• • You will foster strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, design, and product analytics teams, ensuring alignment and collaborative progress towards product goals.
• • As a key stakeholder, you will represent the Simulations product within the broader leadership team, contributing significantly to the overarching strategy of our Adaptive Human Risk Management platform.
• • As a Staff PM, you will serve as a force multiplier for the entire team, elevating the standards for product discovery, documentation, and strategic product thinking across the Simulation Group. You will mentor and guide other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
