- • As a Staff Product Manager for SSO & Next-Gen Identity at JumpCloud, you will lead the evolution of the company's Single Sign-On platform into a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem, eliminating password fatigue through innovative, phishing-resistant solutions.
- • You will own the combined strategy for SSO and JumpCloud GO, driving the transition from traditional passwords to device-native biometrics (such as Apple Touch ID and Windows Hello) while pioneering the governance of autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities within the directory platform.
- • You will collaborate with engineering, design, security, and go-to-market teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver roadmap milestones that align with JumpCloud’s mission to simplify IT through a unified open directory platform.
- • In this role, you will shape the future of secure access by integrating cutting-edge authentication technologies and establishing frameworks for managing AI agents, positioning JumpCloud at the forefront of identity innovation.
- • You will work remotely from Bangalore, India, contributing to a global team that enables secure, anywhere work for organizations managing Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android devices.
- • Your leadership will directly impact how enterprises authenticate users and manage access in an era of rising cyber threats and AI-driven automation, making identity both seamless and secure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record in launching and scaling identity, authentication, or security-related products.
- • Deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometrics (e.g., Touch ID, Windows Hello), and passwordless authentication technologies.
- • Experience working with AI/ML systems, particularly in the context of AI governance, agentic AI, or identity-based access control for autonomous systems.
- • Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and security.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executives and guiding product decisions in fast-moving, innovative environments.
