Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the end-to-end redesign of the professional onboarding journey, from registration and identity verification to credential collection and first-shift readiness, ensuring a seamless experience for healthcare professionals across all roles (CNAs, RNs, surgical techs).
- • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding conversion rates by eliminating manual, high-friction steps and replacing them with AI-native workflows and agentic solutions that automate credential validation and compliance checks.
- • Act as the primary consumer and architect of the internal credentialing rules engine, translating complex regulatory and facility-specific requirements into scalable, modular onboarding pathways that adapt to varying levels of credential complexity without bespoke builds.
- • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and credentialing teams to align product roadmaps with operational realities, ensuring onboarding systems meet legal, safety, and platform integrity standards without duplicating domain expertise.
- • Focus relentlessly on reducing time-to-first-shift by optimizing each stage of the funnel, using data to identify bottlenecks and correlate onboarding throughput with key business outcomes like supply liquidity and facility fill rates.
- • Define success metrics tied to user activation, compliance adherence, and platform trust, and use quantitative analysis to prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact on professional retention and platform growth.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in an asynchronous work environment, ensuring clear documentation, consistent communication, and alignment on product non-negotiables while empowering delivery partners to own execution.
- • Champion a user-centered approach that balances regulatory rigor with simplicity, creating a confidence-building experience for professionals with diverse backgrounds, tech literacy levels, and scheduling needs.
- • Translate business goals into product requirements that enable scalable growth across diverse care settings, ensuring the onboarding system can support both high-volume entry-level roles and specialized, credential-intensive positions.
- • Maintain deep awareness of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance frameworks, leveraging this knowledge to anticipate risks and design proactive, audit-ready onboarding flows that reduce liability and improve trust.
- • Serve as the product voice for supply-side users, advocating for their needs in cross-departmental discussions and ensuring the platform’s design reflects the realities of frontline healthcare workers.
- • Continuously iterate on the onboarding experience using A/B testing, user feedback, and behavioral analytics to refine workflows, reduce drop-offs, and increase completion rates.
- • Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term conversion gains with long-term platform scalability, ensuring the onboarding system evolves with regulatory changes and market demand.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years on marketplace or platform products with supply-side onboarding complexity.
- • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
- • Real-world experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows.
- • Strong data instincts and the ability to connect onboarding throughput directly to business outcomes like supply liquidity and fill rate.
- • Proven ability to lead and deliver across ownership boundaries, working seamlessly with engineering, compliance, and peer product teams.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
- • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
- • Benefits begin on your first day.
- • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
- • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
- • Paid parental leave.
- • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
