  • • As a Staff Product Marketing Manager at LiveKit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world understands and adopts voice AI infrastructure, directly contributing to the company’s mission of powering the next generation of AI-driven applications used by industry leaders like OpenAI, Salesforce, and Spotify.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of product marketing for LiveKit’s platform, ensuring that complex technical capabilities are translated into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue across both product-led growth and enterprise sales channels.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning end-to-end product launches—from crafting positioning and messaging to developing go-to-market plans, enabling sales teams, and measuring impact on key metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and product adoption.
  • • You will create and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets including battle cards, objection handling guides, competitive intelligence reports, and tailored collateral that empower the sales team to effectively position LiveKit against alternatives in voice AI infrastructure.
  • • You will develop authentic customer stories and case studies by collaborating with customers in key verticals such as contact centers, healthcare, education, and media, showcasing real-world ROI and technical differentiation to build trust and credibility.
  • • You will lead content strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and thought leadership initiatives, producing blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and speaking opportunities that position LiveKit as the definitive platform for voice AI innovation.
  • • You will partner closely with design and web teams to transform messaging into high-converting digital experiences, including landing pages, email nurture sequences, and campaign assets that align with buyer journey stages and drive conversion.
  • • You will bridge PLG and sales-led motions by analyzing product usage data, identifying expansion opportunities, and designing targeted campaigns that nurture self-serve users toward enterprise adoption and sales engagement.
  • • You will develop deep insights into enterprise buyer personas—including CTOs, VP of Engineering, and Innovation Leaders—through research and direct engagement to inform segmentation, messaging, and campaign strategy.
  • • You will collaborate tightly with product, sales, design, and developer relations teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, from product UI and documentation to events, social media, and investor communications.
  • • You will build scalable product marketing infrastructure by creating repeatable launch frameworks, messaging matrices, GTM playbooks, and measurement systems that increase efficiency and consistency as the team and company grow.
  • • You will operate as a player-coach, setting strategic direction while also rolling up your sleeves to write, design, and execute campaigns when needed, fostering a culture of ownership and craftsmanship.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with proven success in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML markets
  • • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product launches that influenced measurable business outcomes such as pipeline, adoption, win rate, or revenue
  • • Strong writing and storytelling ability to translate complex technical concepts for both developer and enterprise buyer audiences
  • • Experience navigating both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led go-to-market motions, including alignment between self-serve usage and enterprise sales
  • • Comfort operating as a player-coach—capable of setting strategy and executing hands-on content and campaign work
