📋 Description

• • As a Staff Salesforce Architect (Agent and Channel Experience) at Affirm Holdings, Inc., you will be an integral member of the Business Systems team within Servicing, leading high-impact projects from inception to completion and serving as the technical lead for a team of system leads to shape technical strategy for platform improvements and project execution.
• • You will own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across Servicing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success; architect end-to-end solutions across Service Cloud and other business systems; lead evaluation of new Salesforce features and third-party technologies; maintain and support integrations with Snowflake, Amazon Connect, and internal tools; develop and enforce best practices for system governance, security, and data integrity; drive automation using Salesforce DevOps Center and GitHub Actions; leverage Lightning Flows, Agentforce, and low-code tools to eliminate manual processes; manage system enhancements including configurations, flows, Lightning components, and API integrations; develop metrics for system observability; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; and provide training and documentation for strong adoption.
• • You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and Ops Excellence to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, ensuring technical sustainability, risk management, and informed trade-offs while working in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment transforming financial services through honest and friendly credit.
