- • The Staff Service Recruitment Associate is responsible for recruiting and maintaining the Independent Service Network to support Home Warranty Service Delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences through effective provider onboarding and relationship management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading recruitment and onboarding of new independent service providers, closing network gaps to reduce locating and buyouts, setting up and maintaining provider profiles in Assurant systems, utilizing Excel and reports to track recruitment metrics, supporting the Regional Service Manager with administrative tasks and agreement management, maintaining database and spreadsheet records, participating in team meetings, and assisting with service locating in the assigned region.
- • The role sits within Assurant’s Home Warranty Service Delivery team, reporting directly to a Regional Service Manager, and contributes to the success of service operations in a virtual, U.S.-based environment.
- • The individual will develop advanced skills in recruitment operations, data tracking using Excel and internal systems, contract management, stakeholder communication, and service network optimization, while gaining exposure to Assurant’s innovative culture and global operations as a Fortune 500 leader in connected world solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 year experience in the Service Industries, including major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
- • High School Diploma, GED, or higher
- • 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks, systems, and web pages simultaneously
- • Elevated verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with service providers
- • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- • Advanced analytical and organizational skills
- • Advanced experience with Microsoft-based programs and computer products
- • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
