Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the strategic direction and daily execution of AI-augmented quality assurance across Findem’s entire product portfolio, ensuring every release meets the highest standards of reliability and performance for our global customer base.
  • • Architect and implement next-generation test automation frameworks that leverage cutting-edge AI tools—such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and Codeium—to accelerate test creation, execution, and maintenance while reducing manual overhead.
  • • Partner with engineering squads in Vancouver, the U.S., and India to embed AI-driven testing practices into their workflows, coaching developers and QA engineers on prompt engineering, synthetic data generation, and intelligent test prioritization.
  • • Design and maintain scalable, cloud-based CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) that spin up ephemeral test environments, run thousands of Playwright/Selenium scenarios in parallel, and surface actionable insights within minutes of every code merge.
  • • Lead the transformation of manual regression suites into fully autonomous, self-healing test suites that adapt to UI changes, API evolutions, and new AI models without constant human intervention.
  • • Establish comprehensive quality metrics—flaky-test ratios, defect-escape rates, AI-assisted coverage scores—and present weekly dashboards to executive leadership, translating technical data into clear business impact.
  • • Collaborate with Product Management to translate complex user stories into precise acceptance criteria, then generate AI-crafted test cases that cover edge cases, localization, accessibility, and performance benchmarks.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation by running quarterly “AI in QA” hackathons, encouraging cross-functional teams to prototype novel approaches such as LLM-based test-oracle generation, visual-diff regression, or anomaly detection on production telemetry.
  • • Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers through pair-programming sessions, code reviews, and brown-bag lunches, creating reusable playbooks that scale expertise across the organization.
  • • Drive root-cause analysis for high-severity incidents, leveraging AI log analyzers and distributed tracing to pinpoint failure patterns, then feed learnings back into automated regression suites to prevent recurrence.
  • • Continuously evaluate emerging AI testing tools and methodologies, maintaining a living tech-radar that guides investment decisions and keeps Findem at the forefront of HR-tech quality innovation.
  • • Contribute to open-source testing libraries and publish technical blogs that showcase Findem’s thought leadership, attracting top-tier talent and reinforcing our reputation as pioneers in AI-driven quality engineering.
