• • Own the AI-powered transformation of Findem’s quality assurance practice. You will architect, build, and maintain next-generation test automation frameworks that leverage large-language-model (LLM) agents, generative test-case creation, and predictive defect analytics to accelerate release cycles while raising quality standards.
• • Lead by example across three global engineering hubs—San Francisco, Toronto, and Bangalore—pairing with feature teams to embed AI-assisted testing into every pull request. You will champion the adoption of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and Codeium to auto-generate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, cutting manual effort by 50 % within your first six months.
• • Design and implement a unified test-data strategy that uses synthetic data generation and differential privacy techniques to create on-demand, compliant datasets for both manual exploratory sessions and fully automated regression suites. Your work will unblock teams that previously waited days for realistic seed data.
• • Establish measurable quality KPIs—flaky-test ratio, escaped-defect rate, mean-time-to-repair—and instrument our CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Playwright grid) to surface these metrics in real time. You will present weekly dashboards to the executive team, translating technical signals into business risk language.
• • Mentor a distributed cohort of QA engineers, SDETs, and junior developers through weekly guild sessions, code reviews, and pair-programming rotations. Your curriculum will cover advanced TypeScript/Java automation patterns, prompt-engineering for test generation, and ethical AI usage in software quality.
• • Partner with Product Management to shift quality left: embed acceptance criteria directly into executable specifications (Gherkin/BDD), auto-generate API mocks from OpenAPI specs, and run contract tests in every build. This tight feedback loop will reduce re-work and delight customers with faster delivery of AI-driven sourcing features.
• • Spearhead chaos-engineering and performance-validation initiatives for our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will simulate peak campus-recruiting traffic (100 k concurrent searches) using k6 and Locust, then feed results into ML models that predict infrastructure hotspots before they impact users.
• • Contribute to open-source projects that intersect AI and testing—whether extending Playwright’s codegen with LLM prompts or publishing a PyPI library for synthetic-test-data. Your thought leadership will elevate Findem’s brand and attract top-tier talent to the team.
• • Drive continuous security testing by integrating SAST/DAST scanners, dependency-vulnerability checks, and AI-powered threat-model generation into the pipeline. You will ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance without slowing releases.
• • Finally, cultivate a culture of experimentation: run quarterly “QA hack weeks” where teams prototype cutting-edge ideas—visual diff testing with computer vision, self-healing selectors, or LLM-driven root-cause analysis—and ship the best ones to production.
