- • As a Staff Software Engineer at Henry Schein ONE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dentrix Ascend, a cloud-based platform revolutionizing dental practice management. This role combines deep technical expertise with emerging leadership responsibilities, offering a clear path toward technical or people management while remaining hands-on with code.
- • Day to day, you will lead the technical design and development of finance-related features, write clean and maintainable Java/Spring Boot code using TDD and clean architecture principles, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex system issues, collaborate with product and DevOps teams, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
