• • As a Staff Software Engineer at Wheel Health Inc., you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the platform that powers modern virtual care, enabling reliable and performant systems for clinicians and clients nationwide.
• • You will design and build scalable backend and full-stack systems supporting high-volume healthcare operations, collaborate with product and design teams to deliver new platform capabilities, and lead technical decisions that drive system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• • Wheel Health is transforming healthcare by providing innovative companies with a premier platform for virtual care at scale, offering configurable programs, an intuitive consumer interface, and access to a nationwide network of board-certified clinicians.
• • In this role, you will mentor engineers, automate and optimize system performance through CI/CD and observability tools, monitor and improve system uptime using data-driven insights, and take end-to-end ownership of work from design to deployment and iteration.
