- • You will be instrumental in driving the technical strategy for the Top of Funnel team, responsible for capturing organic user interest via SEO and optimizing the web experience to convert curious visitors into active Coinbase users.
- • This role demands a deep blend of frontend expertise and strong backend capabilities, enabling you to architect and build highly performant, SEO-optimized web experiences that scale across a vast array of assets, including cryptocurrencies, equities, derivatives, and prediction markets.
- • You will define and implement the future of our marketing attribution and user tracking systems, ensuring that our Marketing Server infrastructure delivers reliable, scalable Server-Side Rendering (SSR) at the edge, crucial for global reach and performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
- • Deep frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks like Next.js, coupled with strong backend capabilities including proficiency in backend languages (Node.js/Go preferred), GraphQL/API design.
- • Expert understanding of web performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals, SSR optimization, caching strategies (CDN, edge), and mobile-first development.
- • Demonstrated experience in running rapid A/B tests and data-driven experimentation, with a comfortable and hypothesis-driven development approach.
