• • Our platform, while appearing simple on the surface with its search, match, connect, and pay functionalities, is a complex and deeply interconnected system. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing critical components including search and discovery engines, recommendation systems, robust data pipelines, intricate logistics, secure payment processing, stringent compliance measures, and performance optimization. The entire technology stack has been meticulously built in-house, encompassing everything from detailed expert profiles and intuitive discovery experiences to sophisticated workflow automation and a foundational knowledge graph that seamlessly ties all elements together.
• • As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on contributor with significant influence over product direction, technical architecture, and our software development lifecycle. You will take full ownership of the design, implementation, and successful rollout of impactful user-facing features, guiding them from initial problem definition through to their deployment in production. This involves a deep collaboration with our design, product, and client-facing teams, translating complex user needs and business challenges into elegant and effective technical solutions.
• • You will be responsible for architecting, building, and continuously evolving scalable and reliable systems that span the front end, back end, and underlying infrastructure.
