- • You will collaborate closely with the Lifecycle Management (LCM) team, contributing to the automation of essential HR processes such as the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows, ensuring seamless and secure identity management throughout an employee's lifecycle.
- • Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining these vital connectors, ensuring they not only match the evolving features of target applications but also scale effectively to meet the demands of Okta's global customer base.
- • You will be a key contributor to major development projects, taking ownership from initial design through to successful implementation, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions.
- • Engage actively with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Quality Assurance (QA), Product Management, Technical Support, Documentation, and User Experience (UX) teams, to gain a deep understanding of application-specific protocols and requirements for building effective connectors.

- • Act as a technical leader and mentor for more junior engineers on the team, sharing your knowledge, guiding their development, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- • Contribute to the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the Advanced Apps team, influencing decisions that impact the long-term success and scalability of Okta's connector ecosystem.
