- • Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise integrations connecting Impartner (Trimble’s Partner Hub) with core business systems including Salesforce, Docebo, Bynder, DOMO, and Snowflake.
- • Architect and implement secure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using industry-standard protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC to enable seamless partner authentication across global systems.
- • Design and manage API-based integrations and event-driven architectures to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange between partner-facing platforms and internal enterprise applications.
- • Architect and maintain bidirectional synchronization patterns between Salesforce CRM and partner systems to ensure accurate, real-time data consistency across ecosystems.
- • Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support analytics platforms such as DOMO and Snowflake, enabling data-driven insights for partner engagement and performance tracking.
- • Define and promote integration architecture standards, middleware best practices, API governance policies, and reusable integration frameworks across engineering teams.
- • Implement observability practices including monitoring, alerting, retry mechanisms, rate-limiting controls, and operational dashboards to ensure high system reliability and uptime.
- • Provide technical leadership by conducting design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation for integration systems.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and engineering teams to align integration strategy with partner onboarding, learning, authentication, and engagement goals.
- • Drive the technical roadmap for the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience across Trimble’s global partner network.
- • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and platforms to enhance the functionality, performance, and user experience of the global Partner Portal.
- • Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements across all integration points and data flows.
- • Support operational excellence by participating in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews for integration failures or performance degradation.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to accelerate integration deployment cycles while maintaining system stability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of dedicated experience in Backend, Integration, or Platform Engineering roles
- • Strong coding proficiency in one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Go)
- • Deep expertise in REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- • Strong working knowledge of identity and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
- • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, and cloud-native integration services
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
