• • As a Staff Software Engineer at Narvar, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our web application by building new product features that delight customers and drive business results. You will own the architecture of new product platforms, lead process improvements to increase team velocity, and mentor engineers across all levels to foster a strong product-minded engineering culture.
• • Day to day, you will implement scalable, highly concurrent distributed systems, write modular and extendible high-quality code, define architecture models and roadmaps, advocate for best practices in system design and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering Leadership to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
