Staff Software Engineer, Leverage

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the newly formed Leverage team at Fleetio, you will serve as the founding engineer responsible for building the knowledge infrastructure that connects internal data to AI tools used across the company, enhancing productivity for all employees—not just engineers.
• • Day to day, you will design and build secure, scalable systems for identity and access management, structured data access, and governance; develop integrations with internal knowledge sources like project management tools, documentation, code repositories, and data warehouses; define technical standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify context gaps; improve CI/CD intelligence; measure AI adoption impact; and champion AI-friendly documentation practices.
