• • As a Staff Engineer on the Earn Pod, you will be instrumental in defining and evolving the frontend architecture and technical standards across all platforms, including web and mobile applications. Your expertise will guide the development of critical features such as staking, yield generation, fixed and flexible earnings, and upcoming DeFi-powered products, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for millions of users.
• • You will lead high-impact, cross-application initiatives. This includes spearheading major refactors, implementing significant performance and reliability improvements, developing shared UI component libraries or SDKs, and driving codebase modernization efforts. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability, maintainability, and overall quality of our frontend systems.
• • A key aspect of this role involves defining and enforcing frontend best practices. This encompasses establishing a robust testing strategy, setting performance budgets to ensure optimal load times and responsiveness, and championing accessibility standards to make our products usable by everyone.
• • You will collaborate deeply with backend, DeFi, and product service teams.
