- • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Pulsar team at Bloomreach Inc., you will build and maintain critical platform and admin services that power all Bloomreach SaaS products, enabling personalized customer journeys through AI-driven agentic technology used by over 1,400 global brands.
- • Your day-to-day includes reviewing merge requests, designing technical documentation in deep work sessions, participating in team standups, implementing and deploying improvements to logging, alerting, and authorization systems, and collaborating with product managers to refine features based on customer needs.
- • The Pulsar team operates as a distributed, high-trust engineering unit across the US, India, and Europe, building cloud-native services that ensure reliability, security, and scalability for Bloomreach’s Loomi AI engine and product suite.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure while mentoring teammates, shaping technical standards, and delivering high-impact features used by thousands of customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active user of AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
- • Developed backend services with Python using a variety of data systems (5+ years)
- • Designed APIs for a SaaS product
- • Operated services in production on public cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- • Some experience with Java / Spring or Go
- • Exposure to web frontend development (Angular / React)
