• • As a Staff Software Engineer at Optro Inc., you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale, strategic software projects that power the company’s award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform used by over 50% of the Fortune 500. This role is critical to maintaining Optro’s position as a market leader and one of North America’s fastest-growing tech companies.
• • Day to day, you will build and ship product features end-to-end, write clear design documentation, mentor fellow engineers, lead architecture decisions, troubleshoot and resolve complex software bugs, implement back-end APIs in Node.js, contribute to the Ember SPA front-end, collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams, participate in Agile development cycles, and ensure code is maintainable, testable, and product-minded with a strong customer focus.
