- • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Routing team at ServiceTitan, you will lead the technical vision and execution for a squad within the Engineering leadership team, directly impacting a product used by over 50,000 professionals daily.
- • You will own end-to-end technical strategy, guide major technical decisions without needing to make every call, mentor engineers, improve code quality through design and code reviews, and share knowledge via tech talks and blogs while collaborating across product, customers, and leadership.
- • You’ll join a quality-focused, innovative engineering culture built on the modern Microsoft .NET stack, where rapid iteration meets high standards, and ambiguity is met with curiosity and technical excellence.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in scalable systems, influence product direction at a high-growth SaaS company, and grow as a technical leader who balances hands-on contribution with strategic ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles designing APIs, abstractions, and tools used by other engineers
- • 15+ years of total industry experience
- • Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
- • Proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (React experience is a plus)
- • Strong skills in Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring
- • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities
- • B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field
