📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer at Supernal, you will own and evolve the core platform that powers AI employees for small-to-medium businesses, ensuring reliable, scalable systems that enable intelligent agentic workflows to deliver real business value.
• • You will drive platform architecture decisions, review code and design proposals for scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, and eliminate bottlenecks across the Django backend, distributed task infrastructure, event-driven systems, Kubernetes deployments, and observability stack.
• • You will work within a fast-paced, innovative engineering team at Infinity Constellation Technologies Inc., reporting to the Director of Engineering, with significant autonomy to shape technical direction and improve platform robustness and developer experience.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in large-scale distributed systems, optimize high-performance backend services, lead incident response and reliability initiatives, and establish best practices that elevate the entire engineering team’s productivity and system resilience.
