Kong Inc. is seeking a dynamic Staff Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Canada. This pivotal role is instrumental in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the diverse needs of our global clientele, empowering them to harness the full potential of the Kong API/Connectivity Management platform.
- • As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, working closely with our field sales teams to articulate the immense value proposition of Kong's solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand customer requirements, translating complex technical challenges into tangible benefits that the Kong platform can address. You will cultivate and nurture trusted client relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial product demonstrations and technical reviews to ensuring successful implementation and adoption in production environments.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting Proofs of Concept (PoCs), guiding customers through the evaluation process with technical expertise and strategic insights. Your dedication to customer success will be paramount, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction across your assigned portfolio of accounts. This involves proactively identifying and prioritizing customer needs, acting as a crucial liaison between customers and our internal support, product management, and engineering teams to ensure their requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- • You will also play a key role in knowledge dissemination, creating comprehensive technical documentation tailored for DevOps professionals, implementation guides, and service engagement blueprints. This content will empower our customers and partners to leverage Kong's platform with confidence and efficiency.
- • Beyond direct customer interaction, you will contribute to our top-of-funnel marketing efforts. This includes developing engaging technical content such as blog posts, participating in and leading webinars, and representing Kong at industry trade shows and field events. Your expertise will help shape our narrative and attract new opportunities.
