- • As a Staff Solutions Engineer - Spend at Airwallex, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver integrated financial solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with account executives to design solutions for critical business challenges, develop proof-of-concept applications, troubleshoot technical integrations, provide strategic feedback to product teams, and own end-to-end project delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- • You will join a global team of over 2,000 innovators across 26 offices, working within the Solutions Engineering team that influences revenue across Airwallex’s product portfolio and acts as the single technical point of contact for clients during pre-sales, solution design, and API integration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial technology, API integrations, and enterprise sales cycles while developing strategic thinking, executive engagement skills, and the ability to solve complex, high-visibility problems with autonomy and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievements
- • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, or IT consultant
- • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working with customers, partners, and engineering teams
- • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java)
- • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications
